Fantastic Textbook

The best part of this textbook is how it can practically and efficiently prepare a lawyer for a clerkship. Every judicial chambers - trial level or appellate - would greatly benefit from providing a copy of this book to each clerk as he or she starts the job. This book contains invaluable guidance and advice as clerks tackle the tasks of assisting judges in their work. I highly recommend it!
