I have been using Collier Topform for over 13 years, and have never been so disappointed in the product. All previous upgrades were just that, upgrades. V.12 however, is not. It lacks intuitive interfaces, creates needless windows for data input, and does not allow you to import/export cases as previous versions did. As a single user, this is a significant shortfall. I would not recommend this to other practicing attorneys, and will seek a refund.
Cons: overly complex, redundant use of windows and extra screens, cannot import/export cases between desktop/laptop, not suitable for single users with a home office

For someone that is used to Top Form, this is not an improvement. Many previous advantages are removed, does not get credit reports, numerous bugs. Ease of use if diminished, not at all intuitive, messy confusing interface. A real mess of a program.
Pros: prettier
Cons: terrible application
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
